Marine Doors and Hatches

OMS offer IMO-compliant doors and hatches constructed from Steel, Aluminium, or GRP. All doors and hatches are available as Spraytight, Weathertight, or Watertight, and supplied for external or internal bulkhead applications

Most of our doors and hatches are Type Approved by DNV-GL, with LR class certification available upon request.

Mooring and Deck Equipment

OMS manufacture and supply a range of mooring and deck equipment including but not limited to:

  • Single / Double Bollards, 

  • Various Chocks, including Panama Bulwark and Deck Mounted

Machining and Fabrication

􏰞􏰒􏰟OMS design and manufacture bespoke steel structures in our U.K fabrication facility for clients globally. Offering a design-to-print solution, we can manufacture a range of steel structures based on client drawings. 

​

We offer MIG and TIG, stud and spot welding, plus brazing, to tight tolerances, and we manufacture our own welding jigs. We invested in the best-in-class CNC laser cutting machines, which can handle 20mm thick material, as well as a CNC turret punch and power presses.

Pumps & Valves

OMS manufacture and supply a range of pumps and valves including:

Environmental & Waste Management Systems

OMS offer various waste management systems for vessels to increase the efficiency of storage, transportation, and recycling, of on-board waste.

​

Our Pyrolysis Waste to Energy system transforms everyday waste into a resource, increasing the renewable energy sources available for use on the vessel. Combining this with our WMB and Bin Tipper storage solutions allows our clients to make great progress towards their Net Zero commitments.
