Discover our range of IMO-compliant, hinged, external and internal hatches made of steel, aluminium, or composite materials. All hatches are manufactured bespoke to our client's size requirements. All hatch types are visualised by 3D models and a complete set of accurate drawings accompanies all quotes.

Hatches are available in Weathertight, Watertight, and Spraytight integrities with the following configurations:

• Material: Steel / Aluminium / GRP

• Type: Emergency Escape, Service, Flush

• Fire Rating: Non-Fire / A0 / A60

• Operation: Manual, Electric, Hydraulic

Optional Accessories

• Gas Cylinders: With / Without Hold Open

• Limit Switch Sensor

• Anti-Piracy Lock / Padlock Bracket

• De-Ice System / Thermal Insulation

All hatch types can be supplied with Lloyds Register or DNV-GL certification. Most hatches are supplied with DNV-GL Type Approval as standard. Part numbers are available once scope is known.
